As we reported back when, local road racer Gavi Epstein, formerly of New York City-based CRCA-Foundation, turned professional during the off-season with the continental arm of ProTour team Garmin-Cervelo.

When we reported that news, Gavi’s new team had not been named.

Now Slipstream Sports has officially named the outfit: Team Chipotle.

It is not Sugar Labs Slipstream Sports, as has been reported elsewhere.
