Quintero wins Basecamp, his first NRC victory

Last night in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, CRCA/Foundation’s New York-based rider Lisban Quintero won his first NRC race, taking the Basecamp International criterium in a bunch sprint finish to the line. How fast was this race? The winning time was 1:22:46 over 44 miles. That’s an average speed of nearly 32 mph.
