I read lots of other how-to's and watched your series here before attempting the glue job this weekend. Well, it all went off (or on, I should say) pretty nicely. Not too time-consuming, very little mess, altogether pretty easy. However, I did make a mistake --I was moving quickly from the final rim gluing to the tire install and put the tire on in the wrong rotational direction. I didn't notice the error immediately, and moved on to the second wheel and repeated the mistake. Terrible to have gotten through everything smoothly only to find a silly mistake like that...
