Chabanov to ride for Adler in 2010

A Nov. 13 post on the Jonathan Adler Racing Web site features a photo of new addition Dan Chabanov, who is leaving Kissena.
Brooklyn-based rider Dan Chabanov announced this week that he would be switching teams after this season to join Jonathan Adler Racing in 2010. He has been riding with Kissena Cycling Club since at least May 2008, according to USA Cycling.
Chabanov recently told CyclingReporter.com that he would be looking to upgrade to Cat. 1 in cross at the end of this season and race in the A field—and against the top U.S. cross riders—next year. To do that, he said, he’d need extra support.
“Kissena is great,” said Chabanov. “I have really enjoyed the time that I’ve been on the club because there are a lot of good people on it and a lot of people who know what they’re doing.”
According to the team’s Web site, New York City–based Adler has 17 riders, many of whom are active racers.

Actually Dan was nice enough to clean my bike after I got my A@% handed to me at USGP elites last weekend.
I heard through the grapevine that Dan C. made the entire Adler team promise to show up to clean his bike at CX events.
