		<description>Dear Sir,

I am currently soliciting Requests For Proposals for a completely renewable-powered village of 300 people in the Hebrides, off the coast of Scotland. To this end, I was wondering: would Mr. Bezdek ever consider donating his time--and his legs--to operate a bike-powered engine to electrify this entire village? Or does he plan to remain committed to purely selfish sporting pursuits?

yours sincerely,
Kay Mahachlan</description>
